Right to Life of Idaho hosts a booth at the Western Idaho State Fair every year in the month of August. The fair booth is a family friendly celebration of life and a wonderful way to engage our community with the message of life.
Volunteers are welcome to serve at the fair booth. Volunteer shifts last four hours a day while the fair is in operation.
Every January on the weekend anniversary of Roe v Wade, Right to Life of Idaho sponsors the annual March for Life in downtown Boise. This is an excellent opportunity to stand as a witness for life to our community.
Bring your family and friends and march in the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King for the rights of the unborn, elderly and disabled. This is the quintessential justice issue of our generation.
Right to Life of Idaho would love to come and share our ministry and discuss the issue of life with your small group, youth group, school, church, organization, etc. We can cover a variety of different topics relating to life from a variety of different angles to best suit the setting. We will also provide you with further resources for discussion and action.

The Boise March for Life is taking place January 24th at 1pm beginning at Julia Davis Park and ending with a rally on the steps of the State Capitol. Matt Britton, Esq general counsel and board ex-officio for 40 Days for Life Institute for Law and Justice will be our keynote speaker. He has spoken all across the world and will now be coming to Idaho! In 2025 we saw 2000 people attend!
2026 will bring unique challenges as a ballot measure tries to undermine our pro-life laws. We remember the over 63 million unborn children that have been lost since the infamous Roe v Wade Supreme Court ruling. Since the 2022 Dobbs decision new leaves are turning over, particularly in Idaho where abortion is illegal with few exceptions.
It is not time to sit down, but to double down! Please join us in standing up for the sanctity of all life! Please spread the word to your family and friends, no one walks alone!
The Boise March for Life will leave the Gene Harris Bandshell at Julia Davis Park (150 N Capitol Blvd. Boise, ID) at approximately 1:00 pm, and arrive at the steps of the Idaho State Capitol building (700 W Jefferson St. Boise, ID) for a rally for life.
Immediately after the Life Rally on the capitol steps, everyone is invited to warm up in the basement of St. John's Cathedral (707 N. 8th St. Boise) with a cookie reception.
Rain, snow, or shine the March will not be cancelled for weather. So dress for the weather.
Yes, bathrooms are available inside the Capitol.
Timing can vary, it is 0.8 miles from the Gene Harris Bandshell to the Capitol Steps, this is about a 20 minute walk. The Rally is approximately 30-40 minutes.
Participants are encouraged to bring or make their own signs. There are many pro-life groups and churches that come together for this event. Some groups have pre-made banners and signs that they hand out to anyone who needs a sign. We do encourage positive messaging on the signs to keep this a family friendly event.
